Eligibility Requirements

Academic Background:
Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in any discipline with at least a CGPA of 2.50 out of 4.00 or second class. Additionally, they should have secured a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 5.00 in both SSC and HSC examinations separately. Those with third division or class in any examination are not eligible to apply. For O-Level and A-Level candidates, a minimum GPA of 2.00 is required in both exams.

Work Experience:
A minimum of five years of full-time managerial work experience after completing a bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

Foreign Applicants:
Foreign nationals or those with foreign degrees may be exempted from the written test if they have a valid GMAT score at or above the 75th percentile. However, they must appear before an interview board. Equivalence of foreign degrees will be determined by IBA’s Equivalence Committee.

Admission Test Structure

The written admission test will assess the following two areas:

Candidates must achieve a minimum qualifying score in both sections to be eligible for the interview. Final selection will be based on overall performance, including academic credentials, work experience, test scores, and interview performance.

  • Flexible Course Load: Students may take up to three courses per semester. A minimum of two courses is required each semester.
